Product returns
(a) Return of incorrect product
In case the product you ordered was delivered to you incorrectly (ie it is not the product you made in your order) you can return it within fourteen (14) days from the date you received it. The return of products is done after a telephone call at 2310 638083 (9 am-2pm Monday to Friday).
(b) Right of withdrawal
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The return of the product is accepted only if the product is in its original condition in which you received it. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer. To make the return, it is necessary to follow the procedure described in paragraph (a). We recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel and with the stated true value of the product, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of the parcel. You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product by you or the person you nominated once a distance contract has been concluded, so that it is considered timely and does not need any additional justification from you. The product must be in its original condition and the protective tapes as well as the safety tapes as well as the additional gifts that the product may contain, accompanying products and materials must not have been removed. The withdrawal request can be sent directly electronically or by registered letter to our Company. In addition, you are obliged to return the products mentioned in the application within 14 calendar days from the day on which the communication with us took place and you made the decision to withdraw from the contract. In case the return of goods that can not normally be returned by post due to the specificity of the goods themselves, the cost determined by the transport company you choose may be high. If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all money we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer ). An important point is that the consumer should treat every product he receives in the way he would manage and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. In case the treatment is different from the one listed above then his return will not be accepted. In any case where the product is not judged to have been returned in accordance with the above, the amount to be withheld by the company amounts to 55% of the price paid by the customer. This percentage is not fixed but can be higher than 55% of the price if the product has completely lost its value due to mistreatment by the consumer. In case there is this reserve of some percentage then you will be informed before the completion of the credit process and the refund. Once the withdrawal statement is made and you return the products, the company will refund the money received (or a percentage of the money in case the goods are not in their original condition or their value has decreased) without undue delay and within 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We have the right to delay the return of money until we receive the goods back. We will carry out the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have requested something different through consultation with our relevant department.
(c) Return of defective product
In case of receipt of defective products and if the period of 14 days has not passed, they will be returned according to the procedure described in paragraph (a).
(d) Order Cancellation
In case you want to cancel an order, contact us within two hours from the moment the order is placed by sending us an email at info@oikomageia.gr. After the cancellation of your order you will receive a relevant email confirming the cancellation.
(e) Refund
Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής προϊόντος θα σας γίνει επιστροφή των χρημάτων σας εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή του προϊόντος από την εταιρεία μας, εφόσον το προϊόν είναι αχρησιμοποίητο και συνοδεύεται από την απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης.
